What are some frequently asked questions (FAQ’s)?

Our quotes inside of the Grand Rapids area, Ottawa, and Allegan County cost $0, quotes outside of said areas will be charged at $50. We do not at this time travel further than 50 miles outside of said zones.

The minimum quote offered at Big River will be no less than $50.

For most 1-2 story houses customers can expect 1-3 hours for an outside only service, for a full cleaning (inside & outside) customers can expect 2-5 hours.

Big River offers any option of recurring service, whether that be once or twice a year, up to daily, Big River has you covered.

As of June 26, 2025, Big River and Associates will be closed on the following dates: July 4th-6th, July 18th, September 19th-20th, and seasonally closed from October 28th until March 10th.
